As a committed attorney, my goal is to offer those who have suffered harm as a result of the carelessness of others individualized, sympathetic legal representation. Empathy, honesty, and a deep desire to see my clients' rights to justice were the cornerstones around which my practice was built. I have mastered personal injury law over the course of my more than ten years of expertise, and I've helped many clients get the award they are due.
My Background
- I graduated the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007, was admitted to practice law in California and am also licensed in Michigan.
- I have over 15 years of litigation experience in courtrooms around the San Francisco Bay Area.
- My office has recovered millions of dollars for clients involved in all types of personal injury cases: motor vehicle incidents, bicycle crashes, pedestrian accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, premises liability, and other injury cases arising from negligent and intentional torts.
- I am a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Bar Association of San Mateo, San Mateo Private Defender Program, and Michigan Attorneys for Justice.

Adely Sommier - Attorney at Law
Adely Sommier is dedicated to helping injured individuals navigate the legal process with care, empathy, and attention to detail. She works closely with clients from the first consultation through resolution, ensuring their stories are heard and their rights are protected. Adely works on cases in and out of litigation, doing discovery, taking depositions, coordinating with medical providers and expert witnesses, and working to build a strong, compelling case for each client.
Before joining the Law Office of Samuel Lasser, Adely gained legal experience in both the United States and France, including positions at San Francisco firms specializing in personal injury, business, and corporate law.
Adely earned her LL.M. in Litigation and Legal Studies from UC Law San Francisco. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2025 and to the Paris Bar in 2022, bringing an international perspective to her legal practice.
Outside of work, Adely enjoys spending time in nature, skiing during the winter, and hiking around the Bay Area. She is also actively involved in her local community, volunteering with organizations such as City Hope’s food bank and Midnight Runners San Francisco.
